1. Our 14-Day Return Commitment
We offer a 14-calendar-day return policy from the date of delivery for all CardioX purchases made through bioefauna.shop. This right applies regardless of your geographic location and is in addition to any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including EU consumer rights under Directive 2011/83/EU where applicable.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions apply:
- The return request must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery.
- The product must be returned in its original, unopened condition with the seal intact, unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.
- Proof of purchase (order reference number or confirmation) must be provided.
- The item must not have been used beyond what is necessary to assess the nature of the product.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, contact us within the 14-day window:

- Subject line: "Return Request - [your order reference]"
- Include your name, order reference, and reason for return.
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions, including the return address. Do not return any product without first receiving written confirmation from us.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. As payment for CardioX is collected on delivery, refunds are issued by the payment method agreed with our team at the time of return confirmation (bank transfer or equivalent).
5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for: products that have been opened and substantially used (unless defective); items returned after the 14-day window has elapsed; products not purchased through this website.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your CardioX arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@bioefauna.shop with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
7. Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns (change of mind), the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. For returns due to product defects or our error, we will cover return shipping costs.
